HOW DO I RESERVE AN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY?

What sort of activity would you like to do?

Consult the themes and descriptions of the activities offered, then select
the activity that corresponds to your schedule and interests.

· What kind of group are you bringing to the Museum?
· Would your group prefer a hands-on approach,
  a guided tour or lecture?
· What kinds of topics would interest your group?
· When would you like to participate?

What dates would be most convenient for you?

Look at the calendar and choose several dates for the activities that interest
you. Reservations must be made at least three weeks ahead of time, but
spaces are limited, so it's a good idea to reserve early in order to benefit
from the greatest choice of dates.

Are you ready to reserve?

Make sure you have all the information about the activity, the date and the
organization that you represent. Call us at 514-285-2000, option 3, between
9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Is it possible to change a reservation?

Up to twelve (12) days before the event, if our timetable permits, we may
accept changes. No change of booking will be accepted after that time.

What is the policy in the case of partial or total cancellation?

Partial or total cancellations are accepted without billing if they are made
more than twelve (12) days before the date of the activity. However, if you cancel
less than twelve (12) days before the event, we will bill you, as expenses
for the activity will have been committed.

How do I know if my activity has been confirmed?

A few weeks before the date of your activity, you will receive an email of confirmation
and an invoice, if need be, from Education and Community Programmes.
Please check all the information carefully.

NEW!

The ECPD number in case of cancellation or change

When you cancel or change your reservation, make sure to jot down the ECPD
number that the booking clerk will give you. this number confirms that you
have changed your reservation, and will be important in the event
of a misunderstanding.
