Under the general editorship of Nathalie Bondil, a 424-page catalogue has been produced by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts’ Publishing Department. This book, which includes some 450 illustrations, is the first publication covering the whole history of Cuban art. It provides essays by Cuban and international specialists on various aspects of the subject and some 140 biographical notes. It is published in separate French and English editions and soon in Spanish edition. Distributed by Hazan (in French), Prestel (in English) and Lunwerg Editores (in Spanish), this hard-cover book with dust jacket (20.4 x 28 cm) is on sale at the Museum Boutique and Bookstore ($69.95 plus tax).
An audioguide tour of the exhibition that provides commentary on selected works is available. The audioguide is available in English, French, and Spanish.
